Hon Fat Noodle menu: where to start on a first visit
Choosing soup noodles, tossed noodles or rice for a first visit? Start with the menu sections, toppings and branch availability.

01
Start with what you feel like eating
On a first visit to Hon Fat, there is no need to search the whole menu for one fixed answer. Start with what suits the moment: a warm bowl of noodles in soup, a drier tossed noodle dish, or rice. Once you have chosen a direction, the toppings and branch notes are easier to read.
02
For soup noodles, begin with instant noodles or noodle dishes
For a warm bowl, start with signature instant noodles and the noodle section. Instant noodles can be paired with egg, ham, luncheon meat or spicy diced pork, with beef or pork liver options shown on the menu. Wontons, dumplings, beef brisket, beef tendon, pig's trotters and beef balls are other noodle options, with noodle types listed on the menu.
For a drier choice, look at stirred instant noodles and shrimp roe noodles. Shrimp roe ginger-scallion noodles bring together shrimp roe, ginger and spring onion. If rice is what you want, the rice section is a direct place to start.
03
Check snacks, drinks and branch notes afterwards
After choosing a main dish, you can take your time with snacks, toast, sandwiches and drinks. French toast is in the toast and sandwich section, while takeaway products include raw wontons, dumplings, beef balls and chilli oil.
Items marked for Mong Kok and Wan Chai are not available at the Sham Shui Po Main Shop. If there is a dish you especially want, check the menu before setting out and choose a branch that suits your plans.
