Pork liver instant noodles: choosing your soup-noodle toppings
Thinking about pork liver or soup instant noodles? Start with the basic toppings, add-on choices and the availability notes on the menu.

01
Start with the basic toppings
When choosing instant noodles in soup, begin with the toppings you feel like eating. The menu's basic choices are egg, ham, luncheon meat and spicy diced pork, with two toppings selected. Beef or pork liver options are also shown on the menu.
There is no need to put every topping in one bowl. Egg and ham make a simple start, while luncheon meat and spicy diced pork are another direction if you are looking for a meatier combination.
02
For pork liver, check the combinations listed on the menu
Pork liver instant noodles pair pork liver with noodles in broth, and the menu lists combinations with egg, ham, luncheon meat, spicy diced pork and beef. Please refer to the current menu for dish names, toppings, prices and daily availability.
If you already know the topping you want, you can also begin with the noodle section, where wontons, dumplings, beef brisket, beef tendon, pig's trotters and beef balls are listed.
03
Taste the broth before the noodles and toppings
When the bowl arrives, taste the broth first and enjoy the noodles and toppings while hot. This note is simply a way to start reading the menu; it does not suggest that one combination is the only choice.
If you would like to switch noodle types, please check the menu's noodle-base and extra-charge notes. Some items are marked for selected branches, so it is useful to look at the menu before choosing where to go.
